About Us
We are passionate about building community in the neighborhoods like those we grew up in near Cleveland and Chicago.
We want to create sustainable communities built with digital equity, renewable energy, affordable housing and green spaces in mind.
We will drive the creation of smart streets that lead to smart neighborhoods and will eventually lead to smart cities of the future. Eliminating disadvantaged communities and closing the digital divide, one home at a time.
What we do
We change blight into beauty. Giving communities a breath of fresh air and increased property value in both pride and equity.
In partnership with local communities, we use community grants and local minority contractors, to invest in and rehabilitate old homes for new families.
Creating quality, affordable homes is core to our mission.
